Fixed, agreed pricing (no surprises)
All work is priced per job, not just by the time it takes. We’ll confirm exactly what’s included and agree the price before we start.
Your price stays fixed for the agreed work. If anything changes (for example, you request extra work, or we uncover an issue that needs addressing), we’ll explain it clearly and agree any additional cost with you before continuing.
Call-out / minimum charge: from £50
Our minimum charge starts from £50 for small jobs and call-outs. Send over a quick description (and photos if you can), and we’ll confirm the price before booking in.
Free quotes for bigger jobs
For larger projects, we offer free quote visits so we can price the job accurately.
Examples include:
- Kitchen fitting and rip-outs
- Bathroom fitting
- Fencing (repairs or full replacement)
- Joinery and carpentry projects
- Wall and floor tiling
- Basic plumbing (non-gas)
Materials
Materials are an extra cost unless you supply them.
We recommend you speak to us before buying anything yourself it helps avoid ordering the wrong items or missing fittings. We can advise exactly what you’ll need, or supply materials for you if you prefer.
Areas we cover
We’re based in Ribchester (Preston) and cover the wider surrounding area. If you’re unsure whether you’re in range, just send your postcode and we’ll confirm.
What we don’t cover
We don’t carry out:
- Gas work
- Electrical work
- Plastering
- Painting and decorating
